WHAT IS AN ESTATE?
It is a single source estate or garden - a tea plantation or farm on which the tea is grown and gies it's name to the tea.. Tea takes its characteristics from its growing location. Estates at higher elevation are reputed to grow finer teas as the cooler weather produces slower growing tea.
